Not even close. Every employee wonders on their way into work, who is managing today? Their mindset on the shift can change from good or to bad makes an impact not only on their mental health but the way the guests felt inside the restaurant.

The sum of everyday activities and decisions makes up the character of the leader. Invest in your leaders. Poor leadership and great employees will unfortunately lead to a subpar restaurant experience.
